The rental includes

• Taxes and duties (VAT, etc.).
• Comprehensive insurance with European coverage (except €1,000.00 excess).
• Departure costs (1st gas charge and chemical liquid).
• 24-hour roadside assistance (valid throughout Europe).
• Free parking for your car during the rental period.
• The right of the rental company to assign and/or modify the motorhome model, complying with the minimum number of seats contracted.
• We are Pet Friendly. Pets with a maximum weight of 12 kg are accepted, provided they travel in a suitable carrier. Pets considered PPP or dangerous breeds are NOT allowed.
• Basic kitchen utensils with eco-friendly cleaning kit.

Deposit

In anticipation of damage or defects, a deposit of €1,000 will be required by credit card. For joint rentals, €1,400.

Any damage caused by pet(s) will be charged to the customers.

The DEPOSIT will be refunded 7 days after return, if there are no incidents. Canceling the card associated with the contract without justified reason, or not providing a new one in case of loss or accredited justification to this company, constitutes a criminal offense of fraud.

Payments

• Payment of 25% of the rental amount to formalize the reservation or the specified amount, if there is a special offer.
• Advance payment, 30 days before departure, of the remaining rental amount or on the dates specified in the offer and the DEPOSIT upon delivery of the motorhome.
• Fuel, fines, and tolls will be charged to the renter. Processing each penalty incurs a charge of €25 on the deposit card.
• In the event of an accident or penalty to the driver for drunk driving, drugs, or reckless driving, all passengers with Civil Liability will be jointly and severally liable for the resulting costs.
• 300 km/day included in the rate. Excess mileage at €0.30/km.
• At the end of the rental, extras incurred for damage, fuel, cleaning, mileage, etc., will be charged to the deposit.
• In case of traveling with pet(s), additional charges may be applied for the costs of more thorough cleaning, resulting from the behavior of the pet(s).

Penalties for rental cancellation according to rates:

Rental cancellation at base rate price, refundable amount with the following penalties:

• 1. If cancellation is communicated 30 days before the start of the rental (Total loss of reservation).
• 2. If cancellation is communicated between 30 and 16 days before the start of the rental (Loss of 50% of the rental).
• 3. If cancellation is communicated less than 16 days before the start of the rental (Loss of 100% of the rental).

Rental cancellation at offer price for early booking and/or single payment, 100% of the rental amount is non-refundable.

What happens if I have an accident or incident with the vehicle?

• At the moment any incident occurs, the lessor must be notified so that the appropriate replacement can be prepared and this does not cause delays in subsequent rentals that would burden your deposit.

Driver Requirements

Over 26 years old and 2 years of national driving license (B1) seniority.

Failure to comply with return schedule: Unjustified delay to the lessor.

Incurs a charge of €50/hour for the first three hours and €100/hour for subsequent hours.

Tasks to be completed before return

• Interior and exterior CLEANING, emptying and cleaning of black water (WC) and emptying of gray water (shower, sink) and adjusting fuel level. Failure to comply incurs the charge specified in the contract (separate charge for pet hair).***

• Smoking inside the vehicle is PROHIBITED. Failure to comply incurs a charge of €120 for cleaning. ***
• DO NOT FILL THE CLEAN WATER TANK AND WHEN RINSING THE WC, DO NOT ADD CHEMICAL LIQUID.
